To answer your question about what Oates is doing from the 2:47 point on... we have no idea either, but it's awesome.

oh my God. First the tuxedo bib and I believe Oates is trying to complete the penguin theme with a jacket with um flippers. Production cost of that video had to be <$150 with the lion's share going to sewing on those flippers. Awesome.
