Our last night in Tokyo, we splurged on a Wagyu beef dinner in the famed Man Se Tower of Beef near the Akihabara electronics district. The whole building (10 floors!) is dedicated to serving beef in all styles from hamburger to shabu shabu, to hibachi, even Kalbi! Yes, that's a neon cow on the roof of the building.
