Looking for Pasta in a Mormon World

What's the first thing you think of when you think of Salt Lake City? Ok, besides the Mormon Tabernacle and "Fletch" jokes. That's right, great ethnic food!

When you think of great restaurateurs, what's one of the first names that comes to mind? That's right, former Utah Jazz center Mark Eaton!

With this in mind, we figured we couldn't go wrong at his restaurant ("Tuscany") and we were right!

Interesting that one of the co-owners has a share of Boulevard in SF!

Great shots of the National Parks. Can we hope for some sort of challenge involving the states in the Four Corners?

Hey Guys! I'm really enjoying your food tour around America - this is such and enjoyable blog! BTW, I hesitate to share this but the BEST SUSHI I have had was in Salt Lake City about 1 year ago. It's called TAKASHI on 18 W Market St + Main Street. Happy Trails...:P
