First, it was Pasquals. Packed on a Monday night, we squeezed in for an early dinner.
Then breakfast the next morning at Harry's Roadhouse. Jeff got the blue corn waffle with honey maple syrup and a dollop of butter. Jin Sun enjoyed her chilequiles with scrambled eggs.
The last night, we ate at a local favorite, Maria's.Special thanks to Matt Stryker for the rec's in Santa Fe. Blue corn enchiladas for Jeff, tamales for JSP, and the best margaritas in town for both.
